The light lioness entered her paws making no sound on the barren turf she now stood on. Her auds flicked forward quickly taking in every sound as her nares breathed in the scents of the land. Smelling nothing she snarled and padded towards a group of large rocks and quickly leaped to the top one effortlessly. Then she lay down on them and closed her eyes waiting as her tail flicked back and forth lazily but her ears stayed forward and alert.

Kovu padded along trying to find lion's to join his pride.

Kaya had just yawned when she heard the sound of paws and looked around quickly spotting the lion. She sat up and watched him curiously from her perch ontop of the rocks. What was he doing?

His green orbs spotted the lioness and he looked her over...lean and muscular.

Her eyes narrowed slightly as she saw him looking at her probably seeing if she was 'worthy' for his pride.

He looked at her with a kind eye something he rarly did. He didn't dare aproach with out permission from her for she may have already been claimed.

She watched him curiously again then sat down and just watched him wondering if he would come over or not. Was he waiting for her permission?

((KK oh and what about her brother shouldn't he be with her?? and check out my siggy I have my only charrie on it KOVU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!))
He lay down in the tall grass almost disapearing but ha knew the lioness could see him. He still waited.

-Yes here he comes-
Kaya lay on her rock not taking her eyes off of Kovu. Her face was deccorated with two blue lines and a small dot and it shone brightly in the sunlight against her darker pelt.
A large and stocky lion suddenly padded up to Kaya from the other side of the rock and hopped up beside her a huge scar decorated his side and three green lines and two dots decorated his dark face.

Kovu looked at the large male lion I knew a beautiful lion like that would have already been claimed he thought and he rose to his paws and turned to leave.

Kinza saw the movement and was right next to Kovu in a flash..or more so in front of him. A low growl sounded before he said"What were you doing watching my sister?"

Kovu snarled"How was I to know she was your sister" he snarled"Heres a tip don't leave a female here un garded for some leaders arn't going to leave her be" he snarled before shouldering past him.

Kinza snarled then said"Oh yes they will if they know what's good for.." his sentence was cut short as Kaya swatted him across the back of the head and said"Kinza shut up now" She then turned to Kovu and said in a not so sincere tone"Sorry about him... Kinza worries too much."

Kovu looked back over his shoulder"It's fine but just keep him away from the other pride kings they have short tempers with males when it is about a female" he said as he continued to walk toward his land.

Kinza snarled then said"Since when did you ever treat anyone nice Kaya?" He then looked at the king and sighed before he ran and stepped in front of him again"Um... sorry about how I acted before I mean I am just very protective over her she's my only full family. I was wondering if you had any positions open in your pride and if not for me just take Kaya"
